Cancellation fee and/or minimum per diem is $750 for depositions. Court appearance per diem base daily appearance fee begins at $1500, with a maximum of $2600. Court appearance cancellation fee that is made after 12:00 noon of the day previous to notice of the scheduled start date/time is a minimum half-day per diem. Standby fee applies for court/arbitration settings/bookings that have a last-minute rescheduling to hold and continue reporter services and is a full-day per diem for the intervening days until the rescheduled date for reporter services. (Fee waived for cancellation if a non-trial/non-mediation/non-arbitration assignment is canceled in writing by text message to 760-533-9866 and by email to transcripts@ocrecord.com by noon the day prior to the scheduled start date/time of the scheduled booking for the reporter services appearance and is not standby postponed.)
